Insurance claims are coded according to current guidelines put forth by the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), the American Medical Association (AMA), and other advisory committees.
We offer several flexible payment options to help make paying your balance as easy as possible. We accept checks, money orders, cash, and all major credit cards. You can pay in person at any Chicago IVF office, or by telephone.
